It is important to keep in mind that the Symbeos Slides must be lubricated each time they are assembled or re-assembled into a Symbeos Machine Body, or after 35-40 hours of operation. To ensure the longevity of your Symbeos slides, simply apply a minimal amount of the lubricant, provided with your Symbeos Rotary Tattoo System, to the sidewalls of the Symbeos Slide.
How to change a Symbeos Slide:
- Remove the faceplate by unscrewing the four Philips-head screws from the face.
- Remove the installed Symbeos Slide from the Symbeos Machine Body.
- Apply a minimal amount of lubricant to the sidewalls of the Symbeos Slide of your choice and install it into the Symbeos Machine Body with the slide-return spring.
- Reinstall the faceplate and tighten the screws.
